This 5-course dinner will make you follow in Chef Greg's footsteps across Thailand and the "Banana Pancake Trail" (a staple in the backpacking world). Chef Greg discovered his passion for cooking while traveling abroad. The breadth of flavors, spices, and condiments inspired him to strive to recreate them back home in Edmonton - which led to the creation of HOM.
Dinner will be served family-style, which is very common in Asian countries. No substitutions. Drink specials will be available to enhance your dinner (not included).
