How can I order?

JustCook offers several options to order:
1. Online (for dine-in and take-out);
2. In-person at the food hall with our JCK staff (for dine-in or take-out);
3. On Skip the Dishes and Uber Eats (for delivery).
We do not accept orders over the phone at this time.

Can I order anytime?

Ordering is limited to opening hours (see footer for exact hours).
Pre-orders (ordering for a set later time) is not available at this time.

Can I order from all restaurants at once?

Yes! Please note that if you're dining in, food from different kitchens might arrive at your table at different times.

Do you offer delivery?

As of October 11, 2022, we stopped offering in-house delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience. All our kitchens are still available on 3rd party delivery platforms:

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We currently sell e-gift cards and have gift cards available in person at the food hall. All gift cards sales are final.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Gift cards can only be redeemed through in-person ordering (dine-in and take-out) at 5th St Food Hall (10344 105th St).

How can I check the balance on my gift card?

If you've purchased or were gifted a JustCook gift card, you can check your balance here.

How many restaurants are at the Food Hall?

The 5th Street Food Hall has 4 kitchens. Currently, we have 5 full-time restaurants: Backstairs Burger, Hom, Meat Shack Barbecue, Seitans and Tortilla Samurai. Keep an eye on our social media pages and website for pop-ups and new restaurants!

Do you have parking?

There is a paid parking lot located south of the food hall. A QR code is available at the front of our food hall to pay at a preferential rate for our dine-in customers ($2/hour for up to 3 hours). Pay by phone is also available, but rates vary depending on time of day and special events.

Do you take reservations?

5th St Food Hall only accepts reservations for groups 4 people and more at this time. Dine-in seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that reservations are available at the discretion of the JustCook team. Book for a group here.

Do you have gluten free/vegan/vegetarian options?

Yes! Our app allows you to sort and filter different food options, so you can find menu items that suit your dietary needs and restrictions.

What is the difference between the Marketplace and the Food Hall?

Our Marketplace offers local packaged products that complement the chef’s made-to-order menu items. You can order both with ease online or in the mobile app. 

What are your Covid policies?

Enhanced sanitizing procedures are in place.
Do not come to the food hall if you are feeling ill or experiencing Covid symptoms. 

How do I join JustCook as a chef?
