JustCook Market at Station Park

JustCook is excited to partner with Beljan Development to be part of the redevelopment of the CP Rail Station - Station Park. Consisting of repurposed shipping container units with interactive indoor and outdoor space, it is designed for visitors and locals to come together and explore.

JustCook is taking on not one, but TWO floors of Station Park! Following the success of our first location (5th St Food Hall), we are looking to create two distinct but complementary ambiances in our Market.

2nd Floor - The Lounge Car

The perfect space for families, friends, or colleagues to have a good time, refreshing drinks, and delicious food! Including three fast-casual restaurants, two bars, and ample inside and outside seating, this is sure to become a must-eat destination in the Whyte Ave area.

3rd Floor - The Scenic Train

Our special events space, aimed to take everyone's experiences up a notch! With two higher-end style restaurants, a chef's table (concept/demo kitchen), and a cocktail bar, this is going to become the #1 spot for late night experiences in Edmonton.

What restaurants are at Station Park?

We are actively recruiting restaurants for Station Park. We have 5 full-time restaurant bays available, in addition to one chef's table/demo kitchen that can be leased for special events or limited time pop-ups. We are AHS licensed and have an ideal location on Whyte Avenue, at the center of the action!

‍What do you get?

‍A dedicated ~300sq ft kitchen bay that includes heavy duty commercial grade appliances, monitored camera system, full fire suppression system, HVAC ventilation, dedicated refrigerator, freezer, prep and dry storage spaces.
Access to a shared dishwashing area, including an industrial dishwasher, cleaning equipment.
Access to our in-house technology for Kitchen Display System allowing you to be flexible with your restaurant operations.
Shared support services (bar, dish pit), handled by JustCook.
Shared dine-in space for customers, including outside patio area.
